Tiina Malste (M.Ed) is an experienced teacher, teacher educator, and education designer. Over her career, she has been involved extensively in developing new educational approaches to both Finnish and global schools
and in contributing to the skill set of teachers and principals in collaboration with school communities and universities.
Moreover, her work has entailed holistic school development and design, as well as profiling the skills and competences
of education professionals for reaching the best possible learning outcomes. She is experienced in working in multi-professional teams
and besides living in Finland, she has worked in an international school in China and in an Emirati-Finnish partnership project in Abu Dhabi
developing the educational system and practices.
